~As a reminder, we will always do our best to get the facility open, however, many of our staff members are sometimes unable to get to work when the weather is bad.
~Please call the YMCA before coming or tune into WSET-TV for any closing information.
~To those of you who use the nursery; please remember that the nursery follows Lynchburg City School closings on the first day of bad weather.
~The following days will be determined based on staff and weather conditions. If you’re child is out of school due to the inclement weather, you can bring them to the YMCA for a snow day. Our Child Care facility offers fun days to kids attending school in Amherst County, Bedford County, Campbell County and Lynchburg City. Your child can enjoy a variety of activities that includes movies, swimming, gym games, arts & crafts and more.
